Our Story

Welcome to my kitchen and just as importantly, our home. Gnomerie Kitchen grew from a desire to leave behind the "volume" ideals of the standard restaurant concept and embrace the warmth, intimacy and shared bond of the family dinner tables of our youths. Gone too, are the restrictions that often accompany a concept in the sense of a focus on one particular region or style of cookery. What remains is classical French training and a desire to use the very best ingredients in one of the best pursuits possible....nurturing others. It is my deepest wish to live this culinary adventure forever and I am honored to have you as our guest.
